Reprofiling strikebands of club’s existing granite curling stones by reshaping the complete side of the stone.  Using the existing shape of the stone, the edges of the strikebands are worked back to create a more convex shape to the strikeband area, removing the least amount of weight from the stone as possible.  This results in stones with more hitting action and extending the life of the strikebands.
